No national hatred in Nikopol, Armenian community head says

The scuffle that burst out on the New Year’s eve in a bar in Nikopol, Ukraine, has nothing to do with national hatred, according to police.

20-year-old Armenian resident of Yalta instigated a conflict, killing two people.

“The crime was committed by an Armenian and he will be called to account,” said Tigran Sargsyan, the head of the Armenian community of Nikopol.

He added that any version about an ethnic conflict is groundless, Analitika.at.ua reported.
