Armenia’s major task is to prevent resumption of hostilities in Nagorno Karabakh, according to Alexander Arzumanyan, former Foreign Minister of Armenia.
“Nothing can be dearer than a soldier’s life,” he told a news conference on January 17.
As to possible developments, Arzumanyan said the international community will hardly prioritize Karabakh settlement in 2011, as Turkey, Russia and the U.S. are facing presidential elections.
