RA Foreign Minister invites his Greek counterpart to Yerevan

On January 19, Armenian Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian met in Athens with his Greek counterpart Dimitris Droutsas.

The parties noted that Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan’s state visit will serve as a new stimulus in the Armenian-Greek relations.

The two men also discussed EU-Armenia cooperation and programs implemented within this format. They attached importance to organization of consultations between the two countries foreign ministries, as well as boosting cooperation in international organizations.

Bilateral, regional and international matters were in the focus of the meeting as well.

Mr. Nalbandian invited his Greek counterpart to Armenia, the RA MFA reported.
