VivaCell-MTS launched innovative Office service for Between Us corporate tariff plan subscribers.

The service allows for an access to the opportunities provided by traditional PBX systems at the same time avoiding expenses related to hardware and software installation and maintenance.

The “Office” service provides the following opportunities; for all incoming calls the company can have a single phone number. Calls to this number will then be directed to the corresponding department or employee. If necessary, the company can also have a single number for all outgoing calls; a customizable Interactive Voice Response (IVR) where the callers will be greeted by a welcome message and the calls will be forwarded to corresponding recipients; short numbers providing employees with short numbers that can be used both to accept calls made through the single number and to call each other; group hunting, where the numbers of the employees can be grouped according to departments, so that when a call to a specific department is not answered by one of the employees, it is forwarded to other members of the group, until one of them replies.
