Kazimirov notes slow progress in Karabakh talks

Slow progress can be observed in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process, according to Vladimir Kazimirov, former co-chair of the OSCE Minsk Group.

“Karabakh conflict demands inexhaustible patience and time,” Kazimirov said during a Yerevan-Moscow TV space bridge on January 25.

He also reminded about Baku’s unwillingness to maintain the ceasefire.

“Azerbaijan’s continuous gagging of the ceasefire agreement prompts how this country will fulfill the provisions of a peace treaty,” Kazimirov said.
