Alexander Iskandaryan: Turkey can’t be OSCE MG co-chair country

Turkey can’t be a co-chair country of the OSCE Minsk Group, an Armenian political analyst said.

“With certain concurrence of circumstances, Turkey might have a chance, but now it absolutely impossible. Russia, France and U.S. will continue co-chairing the MG,” director of Caucasus Institute Alexander Iskandaryan told a PanARMENIAN.Net when commenting on opinion of Russian expert Maxim Minayev, who supposed that France can’t be replaced by Turkey or Iran in the Minsk Group.

“Although Iran is not an OSCE member, I think such scenario is possible,” 1 news.az quoted Minayev as saying.
