Armenia can’t recognize independence of Abkhazia, South Ossetia or Kosovo unless it recognizes Nagorno Karabakh, Armenian President said.

“However, recognition will be immediate, should Azerbaijan unleash a new war,” Serzh Sargsyan told Echo of Moscow.

“We don’t recognize the Nagorno Karabakh Republic yet, as we are holding talks. Recognition will be the last point in the process,” he stated.
