The head of the Armenian delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe, David Harutyunyan, stated that PACE’s one-sided position on the restoration of the subcommittee on Nagorno Karabakh is shameful.

“This structure will become another platform for exchange of accusations between the Armenian and Azerbaijani delegations but not for a civilized dialogue,” he told a news conference in Yerevan.

“We are considering our future steps. But one thing is clear: we will not engage in an activity which can endanger Karabakh talks,” Harutyunyan said.
