Former secretary general of the CoE Walter Schwimmer said that Armenia commits a mistake, ignoring sittings of the PACE subcommittee on Karabakh.

“I do not think that a boycott is a correct reaction to PACE decisions and its structures,” said Schwimmer, who is currently the Chairman of the International Coordinating Committee of the WPF “Dialogue of Civilizations”.

“This is the nature of democratic decisions – one may disagree with the adopted decisions, but it is necessary to observe them,” Interfax quoted Schwimmer as saying.
