Geopromining Gold company will import 1,600t of sodium cyanide until December 31, 2011, for its industrial needs.

Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan presided over the February 10 governmental sitting, during which the relevant decision was made.

Sodium cyanide is used in chemical, mining, textile and pharmaceutical industries, as well as hydrometallurgy of precious metals, non-ferrous metallurgy, etc.
