Export of Georgia-assembled computers to Armenia planned

Algorithm Company plans export of Georgia-assembled computers to Armenia and Azerbaijan, according to company’s supervisory board director Giorgi Korokhashvili.

Construction of a computer factory in Tbilisi, the only project of this kind in Caucasus, is being implemented with the assistance of Georgian Ministry of Education, under the patronage of Intel Company.

The construction will be completed in July, with 60 thousand netbooks to be manufactured at the initial stage, Business Georgia reported.
