CIS Antiterrorist Center will create a preventive system of reaction to terrorist threats.

As the head of the center, Andrey Novikov stated, the system, envisaging operative exchange of information on terrorist organizations, aims to assist in discovery and detainment of perpetrators, as well as those financing the attacks through coordinated reaction of every state interested, Belta reported.

In December 2010, an agreement on international investigation was signed, allowing real-time assess to international search for wanted file.
