A congressional event on commemoration of massacres of Armenians in Sumgait (1988) and Baku (1990), Azerbaijan, organized by the Congressional Caucus on Armenian Issues, in cooperation with the embassy of Armenia to Washington, Office of the Nagorno Karabakh Republic, Armenian Assembly of America, and Armenian National Committee of America will be held in Cannon House Office on February 28, 2011.
