On February 23, representatives of all countries involved in World War II lay flowers and wreaths at the Memorial to the Victims of Nazism in the center of Berlin.

This year, permanent representative of Artsakh to Germany Harutyun Grigoryan and the first military attache of Armenia to Germany, colonel Mher Manucharyan commemorated Nazism victims along with representatives of other states, reported the press service of NKR permanent representation to Germany.
