The strongest political force of Egypt - the Muslim Brotherhood - not only supports jihadists and Al-Qaeda, but also enjoys the support of Shiite ayatollahs of Iran, according to a secret cable of the American embassy in Cairo, which refers to a meeting of General Petraeus, commander of the U.S. Central Command with head of the Egyptian intelligence service Omar Suleiman on June 29, 2010.

Suleiman referred to a "certain" Iranian threat.

Suleiman said: "Egypt suffers from certain Iranian interference through its satellites Hamas and Hezbollah, Iran's support of the Muslim Brotherhood. We can only hope for Iran to stop supporting the Muslim Brotherhood."

Despite this, Obama's administration treats the Muslim Brotherhood as a "legitimate actor" in jungles of the newly born "Egyptian democracy."

In another cable published by WikiLeaks, Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan warned U.S. experts for counterterrorism about "the danger of holding elections in the countries with well-organized structure of the Muslim Brotherhood."

Obama prefers not to react to warnings until the next wave of "liberation revolutions" in the Islamist world, MIGNews.com reported.
