Armenian, Latvian Presidents meet behind closed doors

An Armenian delegation led by the President Serzh Sargyan is in Riga, Latvia.

Upon arrival, President Sargsyan visited the residence of his Latvian counterpart to hold talks behind the closed doors that were followed by an expanded meeting.

Meetings with Latvian parliament speaker Solvita Aboltiņa, and Prome Minister Valdis Dombrovskis are on presidential visit agenda. The President has scheduled participation in Armenia-Latvia Business Forum opening ceremony as well as a meeting with the country’s Armenian community.

The Armenian delegation includes Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian, Culture Minister Hasmik Poghosyan, Economy Minister Tigran Davtyan and other high-ranking officials.
