David Nalbandian faces 2 surgeries

David Nalbandian is facing a two-month spell on the sidelines after learning he needs surgery for a hernia problem and torn adductor muscle.

The world number 19 was visibly struggling with the problem during Argentina's Davis Cup victory over Romania last weekend.

He battled through the pain to claim a 6-3 6-2 5-7 6-4 victory against Adrian Ungur but now must receive treatment for the injury.

The former Wimbledon finalist should be back in action in time for the Masters tournaments in Madrid or Rome if his recovery goes according to schedule, Sky Sports reported.
