Provocations on the border with Karabakh have already become a trademark of Azerbaijan, according to the director of the Armenian subsidiary of CIS states institute.

As Alexander Markarov told PanARMENIAN.Net reporter at news conference in Yerevan, “over the last 2 years, we’ve been watching Azerbaijan stage provocations on the line of contact before and after Karabakh negotiations. The death of the Armenian soldier, as well as Azeri reports on a so-called “killing” of an Azerbaijani child by Armenian forces is a demonstration of a provocative policy.”
