Armenia, Romania to intensify efforts to reach mutually beneficial agreements

Armenian Minister of Transport and Communication Manuk Vardanyan met on March 10 with Romanian Prime Minister Emil Boc on the sidelines of a sitting of the Armenian-Romanian trade, economic, scientific and technical intergovernmental committee in Bucharest.

The parties expressed willingness to intensify efforts for reaching mutually beneficial agreements, using the existing bilateral potential, as well as mechanisms and opportunities provided by the EU Eastern Partnership and BSEC, the press service of the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication reported.

On the same day, Vardanyan also met with Minister of Communications and Information Society of Romania Valerian Vreme to discuss development of economic ties in certain fields.
