Azerbaijan realizes that a new war in Karabakh will be fatal for it, the director of the Armenian subsidiary of the Institute of CIS Studies stated.

As Alexander Markarov told a news conference in Yerevan, “the possibility of Azerbaijan’s military aggression is low, as both Armenian and Azerbaijani Presidents expressed willingness to continue the peace settlement process to reach a result.”
