The first meeting of the Eastern Partnership Parliamentary Assembly, Euronest, will take place in the European Parliament in May.

“I am hopeful that we will meet in Yerevan in May to discuss the region-related issues,” European Parliament President Jerzy Buzek said at a joint news conference with Armenian Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan in Brussels.

PM Sargsyan said, for his part, that Armenia is interested in establishment of Euronest as an institution contributing to European integration of the Eastern Partnership participant countries, the governmental press office reported.
