Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan congratulated the Kurdish community of Armenia on Nowruz, the Islamic New Year.

“I wish new achievements to the Kurdish community, which being an important part of Armenian society inserts special coloring into the country’s life,” the President said. “It’s gratifying to see the Kurdish community’s successful efforts to preserve native tongue and traditions.”
