The Department of State Property Management at the RA government and the RA Ministry of Economy made an offer to draft a code of corporate management and schedule for its introduction to increase management efficiency in commercial organizations with participation of the state.

Head of the Department Karine Kirakosyan told journalists on March 21 that the code will be applied in organizations on a voluntary basis.

Besides, it is planned to establish an institute of managers, who will be state’s authorized persons in commercial organizations.

Kirakosyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter that the Department of State Property Management will also train around 200 specialists.
