After the draw with Armenia in Euro-2012 qualifier, midfielder of the Russian team Roman Shirokov said Russia will definitely achieve a victory over Armenia in the home match.

"We should have defeated Armenia even in Yerevan. There cannot be any justifications now. But we will defeat Armenia in the home match - for 100%," rian.ru quoted Shirokov as saying.

Referring to Armenia's performance, he said there are stronger teams in Group B.

"Slovakia and Ireland, possibly, are stronger than Armenia. I do not know how Armenians play in away matches," concluded Shirokov.
