The State Depository of Precious Metals and Gemstones Agency at the Armenian Ministry of Finance set the government purchase and release prices per gram of chemically pure metal (standard bullion) for March 28-April 3, 2011, the Ministry's press office reported.

According to information provided, the set prices are as follows: Gold: purchase price: AMD 15606.34 (+184.42), release price: AMD 16963.41 (+200.45); Silver: purchase price: AMD 400.73 (+19.26), release price: 435.58 (+20.94); Platinum: purchase price: AMD 18997.70 (+169.48), release price: AMD 20649.67 (+184.21); Palladium: purchase price is 8106.09 (+197.76), release price is AMD 8810.97 (+214.96).
