Head of the center of rehabilitation and assistance to the victims of destructive cults Alexander Amaryan said the danger of emo subculture is the numerous suicide attempts by its followers.

“Trying to dissuade Armenian teens from becoming or stop being emo, psychologists should first of all find out what forces them commit a suicide,” he said, adding that the number of suicides in Armenia has grown more than 100 times over the past 7 years.
