Georgia’s Armenian community once again urges president to recognize Genocide

Georgia’s Armenian community has once again addressed the president and parliament of Georgia with a request to discuss the issue of the recognition of the Armenian Genocide.

According to Georgia’s Armenian Community press service, the letters with a request to initiate a draft law were sent to the country’s president, heads of parliamentary groups, as well as Georgian MPs of Armenian origin.

Non-governmental organizations of Georgia joined in the initiative.
