The world must know that Azerbaijan trains school students as snipers, said Kiro Manoyan, ARF Bureau’s Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office director.

“We are concerned not because snipers are being trained in the neighbor country but because the trainees are in their school years. Armenia should draw the attention of the international community to this problem,” Manoyan told a press conference in Yerevan on April 23.
