“Azerbaijan is surely preparing for war. It’s not ruled out either that it wants to exert pressure on Armenia,” member of the Public Council at the Armenian Defense Ministry David Jamalyan told journalists on May 2.

He also presumed that Azerbaijani armed forces’ actions reflect Baku’s disagreement with the reality and negotiations on Nagorno Karabakh.
