On May 4, Enterprise Incubator Foundation (EIF) and Orange Armenia signed a memorandum of understanding within the framework of Computers for All project. The memorandum was signed by the chairman of the board of foundation trustees, Armenian Economy Minister Tigran Davtyan and Orange Armenia CEO Bruno Dutoit.

Within project framework, Orange sale points will offer laptops at 0% prepayment and 2-year credit term.

As the project manager Zhenya Avetisyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter, each of a number of vendors involved in the project will present 3 laptops and 1 PC.

“The project aims at providing the population with more affordable computers,” Mr. Davtyan stated.

As EIF director Bagrat Yengibaryan stressed, in 2010, 34000 computers were imported in Armenia against 6000 in 2009. According to him, the project will cover the whole territory of Armenia.
