There will be no obvious progress in the Armenian-Turkish normalization process, even after the general election in Turkey, according to director of the ARF bureau's Hay Dat and political affairs office.

“The ruling AK Party, whose motto is ‘no changes in relations with Armenia before Karabakh conflict is settled’ will to all appearance be the winner. Therefore, Armenia should not pin hopes on any positive development after the election,” Kiro Manoyan told a PanARMENIAN.Net reporter.

“Armenia must engage in talks with a Turkish leadership which will be ready for normalization without preconditions,” he said.
