Armenia celebrated 2:1 victory in the previous friendly held in 2000.

Armenia are the 62nd in FIFA rankings, while Lithuania are 46th. The Armenian national team will rival Russia on June 4 in a UEFA EURO 2012 qualifier. The team coached by Vardan Minasyan will start getting prepared for the match from May 18.
