Qik, one of the large players in the mobile video chat business released an app called Qik for Samsung targeted at users of Samsung Android devices.

Qik has been releasing apps customized to certain classes of devices, or even individual like Qik for Sprint, Qik for T-Mobile, and Qik for Atrix.

Qik for Samsung app lets users make a video chat, video mail and share videos with friends. It includes live video calls over 3G, 4G and Wi-Fi, video calls between Qik Android and iPhone/iOS users, high resolution video calling, send video mail free trial (until June 2011), video Feed of friends, instant Connect: Automatically see who in your phone’s contact list is available for a live video call, share live videos to Facebook, Twitter, and more, receive video mail when you can’t talk live.
