Just before the 18th hearing in the trial of the killing of Armenian-Turkish journalist Hrant Dink started at the Istanbul 14th High Criminal Court, a group called “Hrant's friends” who hold a demonstration before each trial once again walked to the court house demanding justice.

Hrant Dink's wife, Rakel Dink, was supported by several journalists including Oral Çalışlar, filmmaker and a deputy candidate for the Parliament from the second district of Istanbul Sırrı Süreyya Önder and deputies Sabahat Tuncel and Ufuk Uras. The group made a press statement saying that they are not satisfied with the way the trial is proceeding since the real perpetrators behind the crime have not been brought to justice, Today’s Zaman reported.

“Starting from the first day, we said that we will not be satisfied with a couple of hit men being imprisoned; we want their bigger brothers to be arrested,” Hurriyet Daily New quoted theater actor Mehmet Esen as saying.
