The Azerbaijani leadership is preparing the people for a blitzkrieg, a military psychologist said.

“Azerbaijanis are being prepared for a quick victory. However, it’s impossible with the current balance of forces,” David Jamalyan told journalists in Yerevan.

“Azerbaijan understands that the attackers suffer greater losses. Should a new war burst out, the armament Azerbaijani has purchased so far will be owned by Artsakh,” he stated.
