Armenian Minister of Justice Hrayr Tovmasyan said he received only one complaint with respect to implementation of the amnesty declared in Armenia.

Around 300 prisoners were released within a day under the amnesty, what is an unprecedented process and should not cause any resentment, Tovmasyan said during a discussion organized by Civilitas foundation.
