Minister: what prevents Azerbaijan from using ‘last chance’ in Kazan?

RA Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian said Armenia and Azerbaijan succeeded in bringing positions closer during the trilateral ministerial meeting in Moscow.

“If the positive tendency of the Moscow meeting is continued, the sides will be able to fix progress in Kazan,” the Minister told journalists in Yerevan. “Even after the Presidents of Russia, United States and France adopted their statement in Deauville, Azerbaijan did not stop threatening war. Besides, Azerbaijani officials are recently speaking about the ‘last chance’ to resolve the problem. So a question arises: what prevents Azerbaijan from using ‘last chance’ during the forthcoming meeting?” he said.

The Presidents of Armenia and Azerbaijan are slated to meet in Kazan, Russia, on June 25.
