The Azerbaijani, Russian and Armenian presidents will make a decision on draft project of the basic principles of Karabakh conflict settlement during Kazan meeting next week, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesman Alexander Lukashevich was quoted by RIA Novosti as saying.

"The expectations are great," he said. "It is planned to consider the integrity of the project on basic principles of Karabakh conflict settlement in accordance with the agreements reached at the upcoming summit."

He stressed that the wording of the document was agreed upon at the meetings of the three countries' foreign ministers in Moscow in April and June.

"Discussions allowed approximation of positions on several key issues," he said. "The Presidents will consider these developments and take appropriate actions."
