No war in Karabakh after Kazan meeting – expert

There will be no obvious breakthrough during the meeting between the Presidents of Armenia, Azerbaijan and Russia in Kazan, as Baku’s position will remain unaltered, a military psychologist said.

“The best possible result will be signing of a document excluding resumption of hostilities,” David Jamalyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

The expert is confident that there will be no war after the presidential meeting. “The balance of forces will not change and, consequently, there is no ground for gloomy forecasts,” he said. “There is always a threat of war. Tension at the line of contact will persist, but Azerbaijan won’t take a risk.”
