Armenian sociologist: ANC stands good chance to enter new parliament

The opposition Armenian National Congress (ANC) stands good chance to enter the new Parliament, according to Aharon Adibekyan, head of Sociometer sociological center.

“However, ANC has no chances to make the parliamentary majority,” the sociologist told a press conference in Yerevan when commenting on possible outcomes of the 2012 parliamentary elections.

According to Adibekyan, the Armenian society will follow the party which will work to overcome the financial crisis. The sociologist also noted, new political forces intend to join Orinats Yerkir party during the oncoming elections, however he withheld names.
