14 killed by Russian radical nationalists in 1st halfyear of 2011

Over the first half-year, 14 people were killed and 58 injured by radical nationalists in Russia.

According to data provided by Sova human rights protection center, 28 verdicts of guilty were brought on charges of racial hatred and xenophobia. 37 were convicted for racism propaganda.

Moscow and St. Petersburg are leading in the number of attacks by radical nationalists, with native Caucasians and Central Asians becoming victims in most of the cases, Interfax reported.
