On July 6, President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan received a group of U.S.-based philanthropists headed by Andreas Roubian to discuss implementation of different programs in the republic.

Special attention was paid to the art, particularly the development of painting in the republic.

The head of the state underlined that the assistance of philanthropists in this field is needed, as it is considered among pivotal components of both the comprehensive development of the younger generation and integration of Artsakh into the civilized world.

Minister of Culture and Youth Affairs Narine Aghabalyan, member of the National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia Karine Achemyan and other officials attended the meeting.
