Russian Foreign Minister cast light on the contents of President Dimtry Medvedev’s message to Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders. According to Sergei Lavrov’s Twitter post, Medvedev said it’s time for an agreement [on the Nagorno Karabakh conflict].

“We are waiting for a response,” Lavrov posted.

Last week Lavrov personally conveyed the presidential message to Serzh Sargsyan and Ilham Aliyev after the Kazan talks ended without result due to reservations Azerbaijan wanted to include in the basic principles.
