MINSK GROUP CO-CHAIRMEN MADE NO OFFICIAL PROPOSALS ON TERRITORIAL SWAP, ARMENIAN PRESIDENT SAID
16.11.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The OSCE Minsk Group Co-chairs made no official proposal on territorial swap between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Such a statement was made by the Armenian President Robert Kocharian at the meeting with the students of Yerevan's State University.
Robert Kocharian stated that "there were just talks" about the territorial swap, however, none of the three sides of the Karabakh conflict was made such a proposal. --0--
