Foursquare launches new fun badges

Foursquare had recently a lot of fun badge campaigns and now it wants to highlight three from partners, according to Foursquare Blog post.

Foursquare is trying something new: following “30 Minutes or Less” movie on foursquare, then check in to banks or pizza parlors around the world, and user will be entered to win $3,000 in cash (With which user can buy a lot of pizza.)

When users go to cinema to watch the epic finale of the Harry Potter series, if they check in on foursquare and mention “Harry Potter” in their shout they will unlock a special “Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows™” badge. July 24th will be the last day that for the badge to be available.

And finally, any check-in at Comedy Central brings a new experience to the people at Comic-Con. Users get the badge (or the South Park Fan Experience), and, with it, they also can get a free South Park shirt, and a bag of limited edition Cheesy Poofs.
