Twitter rolls out new interface

Twitter is rolling out a new interface.

The Information networked announced about its new changes on Twitter. “New Twitter rollout: complete! All users now have the same Twitter.com experience & can access our latest features”.

Twitter has been preparing the holdouts for several months now, warning that Old Twitter was not long for this world.

With the new Twitter it will be easier to see embedded photos and videos. Clicking on @usernames it will be possible to see a mini profile without navigating from the page, which provides quick access to account information, including bio and recent Tweets, clicking a Tweet, the details pane shows additional information related to the author or subject.

And also now @mentions, retweets, searches, and lists can be found just above timeline – creating a single, streamlined view on the left of the screen.

Twitter is an online social networking and microblogging service that enables its users to send and read text-based posts of up to 140 characters, informally known as "tweets". Twitter was created in March 2006.
