Recent Sargsyan-Aliyev-Medvedev meetings weren’t productive – ARFD

Head of ARF Bureau's Hay Dat and Political Affairs Office Kiro Manoyan does not see any reason for optimism in the Nagorno Karabakh conflict settlement process.

“I don’t think that Azerbaijan can venture a new war, however, no positive developments can be expected,” Manoyan told a press conference in Yerevan.

As to Turkey’s attempts to interfere in the Karabakh process, he said that Artsakh can’t be linked to normalization of the Armenian-Turkish relations. “Interconnection of these issues would be diplomatic defeat of Armenia, as it would lead to a deadlock,” he said.

At that, Manoyan remarked that the recent meetings between Serzh Sargsyan, Ilham Aliyev and Dmitry Medvedev were not productive.
