US TOP OFFICIALS WILL ARRIVE IN YEREVAN TOMORROW
31.10.2000, MEDIAMAX, YEREVAN. The Counselor of the US Secretary of State for Newly Independent States Steven Sestanovich and United States Special Negotiator for Nagorno Karabakh Carey Cavanaugh will arrive in Yerevan tomorrow morning from Baku, was reported to Mediamax in the US embassy.
Cavanaugh and Sestanovich will meet in Yerevan with the President of Armenia Robert Kocharian and Armenian Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanian.
A few days ago, speaking at the seminar entitled "US-Russian Relations in the Caspian Region" organized by Harvard Kennedy School's Caspian Studies Program, Carey Cavanaugh said that "the US is constantly searching for new and bold approaches to the settlement of the Karabakh problem". -0-
