Armenian psychologists advice obese people to use blue tableware

To avoid obesity, people should have meals 3 or 4 times a day. The place and environment are also important, according to endocrinologist Bamine Baghramyan.

She emphasized that eating and working at the same time damages the nervous system.

As Baghramyan noted, every third person in the world suffers from obesity. To avoid the problem, she advised healthy food and walking.

“Extra weight is not only physiological but also psychological problem,” psychologist Marianna Avetisyan said, in turn. “Sometimes, obese people have lots of social problems.”

She advised obese people to use blue tableware, which is neutral and can curb appetite.
