Statements on violating “territorial integrity” of Azerbaijan with regard to the proclamation of independence of Artsakh are absolutely groundless, an Armenian expert said.

According to the head of Academy of Political Research, Alexander Manasyan, Azerbaijan has no juridical right to Artsakh. “That’s why there is no package of juridical proposals at the table. It is a political conflict,” he told a press conference in Yerevan.

As to possible change of the negotiations format, Manasyan said that the OSCE Minsk Group will remain unchanged unless Azerbaijan’s destructive position pushes the international community to tougher moves.
